Contract Description:
The Smith-Root project requires technical support from the Corps' Bonneville Dam project staff in order to install Smith-Root's electric array into the Upstream Migrant Transport (UMT) channel at Powerhouse 2 at the Bonneville Dam, which is due to occur the first week of December 2009.  The Corps' staff will provide support in the form of staff time for dewatering and preparation of the UMT.
